When does the delivery period begin?
The delivery period begins after the order is fully manufactured, checked, packed, and ready for shipment. Production time is separate from delivery time and depends on the product and current production schedule.
How long does DHL Express delivery take?
DHL Express delivery takes up to 7 business days from the date the completed order is ready for shipment and registered with DHL Express.
When will I receive the tracking number?
A DHL Express tracking number is issued when the shipment is registered. Tracking information is then provided to the customer.
Are customs duties and destination-country taxes included?
MITHRIL does not calculate, collect, or pre-assess import duties, customs fees, VAT, sales tax, brokerage charges, or other destination-country charges. From our side, we do not have access to the rules or final assessment that may apply in the recipient's country.
Where applicable, the relevant information, amount, required documents, and payment instructions will be provided after shipment by the destination country's customs or tax authorities, or by DHL Express through its customs-clearance service. Please keep the recipient's phone number and email address accurate and respond to requests from DHL Express or the local authorities.
How do I choose the right handle?
Start with the movement you want to develop. Use our Handle Finder for recommendations by training goal and the Handle Comparison to compare grip diameter, rotation, attachment type, and primary load.
Which grip diameter should I choose?
40mm offers more control and is suitable for general wrist and hand training. 50mm is a versatile all-round size. 60mm increases finger and hand demand. 70mm and 90mm are advanced thick-grip options that place greater emphasis on finger containment and hand strength.
Will a handle fit my equipment?
Compatibility depends on the attachment system, available clearance, carabiner size, cable position, and the dimensions of your equipment. Review the Product Compatibility page. When using non-MITHRIL equipment, confirm the required dimensions before ordering.
Do you make custom equipment or supply gyms?
Yes. We work with individual athletes, gyms, federations, clubs, and stores. Visit Wholesale and Custom Orders and send the required quantity, destination country, product type, compatibility requirements, and preferred deadline.
