Production and Delivery Are Separate Periods

Products are prepared for shipment after manufacturing, inspection, and packing are complete. Production time depends on the product and the current production schedule. The DHL Express delivery period begins only after the completed order is ready for shipment.

DHL Express Delivery

DHL Express delivery takes up to 7 business days from the date the completed order is ready for shipment and registered with DHL Express.

Tracking Number

A DHL Express tracking number is issued when the shipment is registered. Tracking information is then provided to the customer so the shipment can be followed through DHL Express.

Customs, Import Taxes, and Destination Charges

MITHRIL does not calculate, collect, or pre-assess import duties, customs fees, VAT, sales tax, brokerage charges, or other destination-country charges. From our side, we do not have access to the rules or final assessment that may apply in the recipient's country.

Where applicable, the relevant information, amount, required documents, and payment instructions will be provided after shipment by the destination country's customs or tax authorities, or by DHL Express through its customs-clearance service.

The recipient should keep the shipping address, phone number, and email address accurate and respond promptly to any request from DHL Express or the local authorities. Customs processing is controlled in the destination country and is separate from the DHL Express transportation period.
