This guide explains the usual attachment systems for MITHRIL armwrestling equipment. Compatibility can vary between machines and training setups, especially when products are used with non-MITHRIL equipment.

Use a secure, load-rated connection and inspect the complete training setup before every session. The attachment, carabiner, cable, strap, loading pin, machine, and mounting structure must all be suitable for the intended load.
