Heavy Hook

Heavy Hook is a parallel close-grip pull-up handle designed for armwrestling hook training. Its rotating 50mm handles allow the wrists to continue flexing and cupping near the top of each pull.

Hook strength, wrist flexion, cupping, finger containment, close-grip pulling power, and forearm control.

How It Works

The parallel position keeps the arms and hands in a compact pulling line. The bearing-mounted handles rotate under load, allowing the athlete to close the wrists further instead of remaining fixed in one grip angle.
