Heavy Hook

Heavy Hook is a parallel close-grip pull-up handle designed specifically for armwrestling strength training. The 50mm rotating handles are mounted on high-quality bearings, allowing the wrists to continue flexing and cupping at the top of each pull. This creates a stronger carryover to inside armwrestling positions by targeting hook strength, wrist flexion, finger containment, and forearm control. It can be used with a cable machine or hung over a pull-up bar. The close parallel grip keeps the arms in a compact pulling line, making Heavy Hook an effective tool for building power in the hook and improving hand control under load.
