Independent Handle

The Independent Handle is an armwrestling training handle with four fully independent 50mm rollers. Each roller rotates separately on bearings, so the fingers must control the grip individually instead of moving as one unit.

How It Works

Because every roller can move independently, stronger fingers cannot completely compensate for weaker ones. The handle exposes differences in finger pressure and requires continuous adjustment throughout the movement.
