The Soft & Slippery Handle is an intentionally difficult 60mm armwrestling grip designed to feel less stable and predictable than a conventional rigid handle.

What It Trains

Reactive grip strength, finger containment, wrist control, hand positioning, forearm endurance, and the ability to maintain pressure on a slippery surface.

How It Works

The soft, slippery grip makes it harder to rely on friction. The athlete must continually adjust finger pressure and wrist position, creating a more demanding hand-control exercise.
