Vendetta

Vendetta is a specialized V-shaped pull-up handle built for armwrestling strength training. The 35-degree grip angle creates a narrow pulling position that keeps the hands, wrists, and forearms in a strong inside-pulling line. The rotating 40mm handles are mounted on bearings, allowing the wrists to keep flexing and cupping at the top of each pull. It can be used with a cable machine or hung over a pull-up bar. This makes the handle especially effective for developing hook strength, wrist flexion, finger containment, and forearm control.
